What a recipe for disaster. Terrible blind corners where you cant see whats ahead especially at that speed + hills + plenty of traffic + cars parked on the road + night. If they remotely showed signs of intellegence, they would have done it on a straight road no traffic. If they were smart, they wouldnt have done it at all...
