I have a 2010 mazda 3 sedan if I Lower on 09 pro kits can I use 17 x 7.5 +42 5x114.3 with 205/50/17 tires and will stock shocks last me a while

yes, stock shocks will last you a while
Yes it will last... I've being on pro-kits for the 110,000km and still running the oem struts... I did replace my rear shocks last winter cause I had blown shock

Doesn't anyone know the drop difference on 2009 vs 2010 pro kit I rather install first gen because a little bigger drop I just want to know how much it drops by

Unless someone with them has measured the drop, no one will know maybe ask Aitch nicely.

yes you can use those rims+tires I've only had to replace rear shocks once drove em for like 50k
