I dont like it either, but it is better than "truck U" and "gearz" and whatnot they usually play.

So glad speed tv is being replaced shortly because of shows like that lol

One lady drove a mini i believe lol and she did okay!

most of the time theyre either arguing, fixing cars, or talking crap. if you bundled all the actual race footage in the show, youll probably have a 5 minute video. but i like how its an actual race and not staged. i also dont like the hosts...of many of the speed programs.

What i like best about this show is the commentator vs the redneck when they race.

I could listen to them argue back and forth all day LOL

Am somewhat neutral about this show.


Sure the redneck lost... but the whole anti import attitude made me think that some of the races were a bit staged. I nearly stopped watching when the camaro started cutting corners... until I found out he wasnt doing it to get ahead.




but lol at the old commentator guy saying all this stuff about the GTR and making the host get pissed off :chuckle

honestly, most of these competitive shows are about short tempered people with fast cars argue back and forth. mostly just enthusiasts questioning and insulting other enthusiasts. i feel like theyre trying very hard to prove imports, tuners, domestic, euro, etc over each other as if theres one almighty vehicle class.

its a car channel, about hating other cars. theres a good couple of how to, informative, and current industry technology shows. but too much hot heads talking trash. eeevvveerryyy person that appears on that program is a know it all kind of person.

i dont hate speed. but when its gone, ill only miss a couple of shows. thats all

the only motoring related stuff I watch on tv now is :

- Top Gear
- WRC/any other rally race
- 24 hours of Lemans and similar races.


But I never watch the speed channel coverage.... EUROSPORT FTW

BBC top gear FTW!!! rally i watch cuz im a big fan of the cars and stages. pikes peak races also takes top place. 24 hours lemans catches my interests, but i cant seem to watch it for more than an hour lol
