Caught keying Mercedes, Audi, BMW on Dashcam

As far as description goes, client from a Dashcam vendor (blackboxmycar.com) kept getting his vehicle keyed in his apartment complex. Client invests in a couple of Dashcams and this is what ensues:

This happens a lot in apartment complexes, pretty much due to jealousy.

My friend's BMW 750i had the four letter F word keyed into her hood one week after moving in.

I hear you FD22, I remember in 2011 after waxing my car I went to go pick up some groceries and I came back to see my car with a fresh scratch from the passenger rear door handle to the exterior rear view mirror, after the time I spent waxing the car I was furious.

In response to the video, that was hard to watch but if this was in the some U.S states the GLOCK would have stopped him.

Unfortunately, damager under 10K is not worth pursuing according to lawyers.. So my customer won't sue this guy but will try to press criminal charges."

Not as easy as you all think to just have someone arrested and held accountable for something even if it is on video.
