Mad mike is/was a much more successful moto X racer than drift racer, thats for sure.

NOTHING against him at all, but he hasnt really done anything in drifting COMPARED to what hes done in MX.

Most people dont even know hes a MX racer lol :)

Why does the driver in the 350 keep tapping his brakes with his left foot in the straights? Flashing his tail lights for show or is he trying to keep pressure in the system or keeping the brakes warm for the upcoming corner? Just seems like a whole schwack of extra foot movements for no reason...

Keeping the race pads warm im sure, but Sasha had a brake failure while racing in CTCC shortly before that video was taken so he was probably extra cautious with the brakes that day.

Totally second hand info, but I recall reading a comment about pad knockback on the 350 under hard cornering, necessitating the taps on the brake to..uh, fix it lol. I don't know enough about what that is to comment further.

lol ya I was curious why he kept tapping his breaks at WOT but couldn't figure it out...luckily I wasn't the only one who didn't understand and somebody had already asked on youtube...this was the best, most straightforward believable answer

Common problem on Z33. Brake knock back after aggressive cornering. He taps the brake to make sure the brake pistons are fully extended and ready to use for the next braking zone.
