Weird noise coming from brakes

I had my BC coilovers installed at a shop on friday, ever since the install there has been a really strange crackling noise coming from my front passenger wheel well whenever I brake. I thought it was the coil but the noise seems to be coming from the brakes. I only hear it when I brake while creeping up in drive. The noise isn't there at high speed breaking. All 4 corners were installed 4 months ago, 4 rotors and 4 pads

I'm wondering if the shop might've screwed something up. Although the brakes wouldn't have had anything to do with the install process.

Maybe check that your lug nuts are tight. When I switched back to all seasons, I had clicking noise coming from the back when I braked lightly, once I tightened the lugs, it was gone...worked for me.

It appears to be my spindle, im assuming I will need to purchase a new wheel bearing as well?

replaced my hub and my wheel bearing the noise went away for about a day and came back today, I'm clueless

i got creeking brakes at low speed stopping. the moment the car is just about to stop. ill be doing a full brake job soon and see if itll go away.

note ill be using whats already on the car. im not using any new pads or rotors. but ill probably re-grease everything

I've had warped rotors before though they never made the noise im currently experiencing
