In the news in toronto just yesterday i read about some dumb 25 year old woman who had a baby and ditched it somewhere. Like wtf... you are going to HELL! :flaming :devil

i don't know if the one-child per family rule still exists in china, but could that be the reason for abandonment?

The kid wasn't abandoned in the sewer (to my understanding) the lady was trying to give birth ' in secret', probably due to the 1 child rule. however she's an idiot and tried to do it over the toilet (if you can call it that). The kid popped out and fell into the hole.
