License Plate Fixture Inside Bumper

So I went to put in LEDs into my license plate lights and it turns out one of the light fixtures is let loose and is pushed up inside the hole. Does anyone know how to get in there to poke it back down.

2. Reach up and push down the light.

If you can stick a wire hook in there, you might be able to pull it back out. Hope it's not too deep

It happened to me you have to wiggle it, while pulling the bumper back and pull out.

Or do what Hyperion said.

I can't reach the fixture with my hand, it gets stuck as soon as my fingers touch the wire. It isn't deep at all either its right next to the hole I just can't get it to stay there
