Hi All,
I just wanted to point out that Mazda of Toronto is not able to put any cars on the lift that are lowered or have skirts. After 2 hours of waiting assuming my car was being serviced, I was eventually told they were unable to put it on the lift because its too low and because I have a skirt package.
FYI - my car is not lowered, I just have the MZ skirt package.
I went back to my usual dealership which is Westowne and they had no problem taking care of me.
Ken the service manager from Mazda of Toronto is a great guy and I do recommend their service department if you're not lowered and in need of service.
Lol that's pretty pathetic.

I was told when I went to MoT (lowered on pro kits) that I would just have to pay ~$10 extra when they worked on my car.

thats a load of bs. but not sure why they gave it to you. we use to lift lowered cars no problem. all we did was get a 2x4 and get the front wheels on them. then it was a breeze to get the arms under. if your talking about the one with the ramp, same thing. get some wood and put it on the end of the ramp.

Not sure why you'd recommend them. Many/Most TM3 members have a lowered suspension and/or side skirts.
I am lowered on 2010 prokits and have had no problems getting my car serviced at Avante Mazda.

What frustrated me the most was that it took 2 hours to come out and tell me this. Thankfully there was no charge or I would have had a few words.

My first visit to have the car detailed was a great experience which is why I will suggest them to people whom live in the area. The car was done very quick and they did a great job inside and out. On top of which they gave me a discount as a new customer.
The staff were very friendly which is the only reason why I would recommend them to anyone without a lowered or skirted car. Westowne takes good care of my car but at times the staff are not so friendly.

Lowered on Prokits, no problems with Newmarket Mazda servicing. They're mod friendly.

Sorry to hear about your issue with Service.. last I heard we still have one bay with graduated ramps.. so shouldn't have been an issue..

Ken is not the Service Manager, Rick is.. I would suggest you give him a call and let him know about your experience.

Any updates?
A lot of members here have lowered car or skirt on their Mazda.
It would be good to know if MoT not servicing lowered cars or cars will side skirts installed.
