Strange problem

My gfs 2005 mazda 3 has been having some issues lately. The four ways will come on on their own, but they wont turn off unless i click the panic button on the remote. The horn does not work, the relay is fine, and the horn itself is fine I tested it this afternoon. The battery the last few times i went to start it was dead, almost like it has some sort of parasitic draw going on. I had an extra battery laying around so I put it in there today, we'll see if it holds its charge. Does anyone know if these issues are connected in some way? Or how to find out what is wrong with the horn? Or why the hell the hazards come on and wont shut off.

Phantom electrical problems.... Worst ever.
Start by checking all grounds are secure to the chassis. A bad ground can cause a ton of problems. You could start there at least
