Installed K&N, auto up/down window stop working???

Installed a K&N Typhoon intake on my 2011 2.5L hatch, all went well, works great, but the auto up/ down function on my driver window stopped working. Regular function still works. Any ideas?

Thats because you prob disconected e battery, all you got to do is roll the window dow all the way and release, then roll it up all the way and once it gets to the top just hold for a few seconds until you hear click, should be ok after that.
