I don't think I'll be taking my car to Agincourt Mazda to get serviced anymore. The only good thing about this place is the platinum rewards card thing... Other than that, they just look for ways to get you into buying things for your car you dont need :bang :bang :bang They said I needed an alignment done because of the inner wear on my old rear tires on my 3, to which the mechanic showed me and said right to my face, but after visiting the good folk at Altech Alignment, they assured me that my car was dead on straight and that there were no alignment issues...
They also sold me the paint pen and said "it will work like a charm", when in fact it is merely a glorious glob of horse manure in a stick.

*Couldnt Edit* Also I wanted to mention how they were telling me/forcing me to get the service 4 or whatever it is which is usually done on a car thats 120,000 clicks when mine only has 50 k... Agincourt is a cash grab

I did, but I literally had to say it so many times it felt like they were peddlers asking for spare change every time I walked near the service counter LOL.

just like drugs LOL
anyways, just say no or else your never coming back (which you will do anyways). the mechanic was probably telling you about your camber wear if you had any, and thought something might be up. another reason for the added service. my experience with agincourt mazda is good actually... but thats because i barely go there for anything. i get parts from them and they do my recalls. period.
once a mechanic saved me from fixing a part that was covered under recall (transmission return pipe). i was literally 5 seconds from buying the $20 part and doing it myself, then a mechanic walked by and looked at the screen and said "thats under recall". gave them my keys and they got it done within 5 hours, so they drove me home.
its not hard to pinpoint good dealerships. but the not as good dealers will alway...ALWAYS shift employees until they think they got a good service force. and even then, the mechanics can only expect to work there for a couple years before being moved to somewhere else. only people who stay are people with seniority.

The sales staff is quite good, as I just bought my sport GTE from them last night, and they were very helpful price wise. Maybe the garage side of things is a little bit wonky.
