Avante Mazda

For awhile I have been trolling Mazda forums for good reviews for dealerships in my area. I read the recent glowing reviews for Avante Mazda and Gautam on this forum and decided to give them a try. From our first visit to signing the deal, Guatam was friendly, knowledgeable and honest! We never felt any pressure to make the purchase or buy any 'extras' and he always responded to phone calls/emails quickly. We also had a trade in and he did his best to make the numbers work. We ended up with a great deal on a CX-5 AWD GS. I know it is not a Mazda 3, but I thought I would provide feedback to others looking to buy. I would highly recommend Gautam! I hope the pick up next week goes smoothly as well.

Update: Picked up CX-5 without any problems, went very smoothly. Numbers on final bill of sale were exactly as discussed and no mention of the 'extras' (rust proofing, extended warranty, etc) that other dealerships try to hard sell you on. Love the 2014 CX-5 GS AWD!

Had my first service for my CX-5, glad to report it was a good experience. Before going for service, I had some concerns regarding the service schedule since we have low KM on the CX-5, spoke to Gautam about my concerns and he immediately got Ted, the service manager to call me. Ted addressed all my concerns and made notes in my file.

Also used a 10% off accessories coupon they emailed me to get a good deal on the weathertech (CX-5 markings) floor mats. All ready for winter now!

I bought my Speed3 from them. They have dome most of my service. I tried a closer dealership (Gyro) and they where horrid in comparison for Avante.
So, I drive from Scarborough to get it serviced there. The customer service is consistent and excellent.
