hey guys,

My 2010 GT is lowered on 1st gen mazdaspeed3 Eibach Prokits and my current winter setup is 205/50/17 winters on 17" stock snowflake rims. In an effort to reduce wheel well gap with my present summer setup (225/40/18) and satisfy my need for "a little more low", I recently purchased 1st gen mazda3 eibach prokits. Was just worried I may have problems when I swap to my winter setup later this year from being too low (rubbing or other issues). Anyone ever run a similar setup in the winter with 1st gen prokits on their 2nd gen ride?

Thanks!

driving lowered in winter is do-able if you are careful but i would avoid driving in heavy snowfall

i see myself swaping in stock suspension closer to winter, might pick up a set of Mazdaspeed shocks/springs. Ive seen a set or two on here for sale as well

I have the same summer set up as you. I was wondering how my winter's would be with these 1st gen pro kits. Thanks for the thread lol

Yeah, I might go that route too and swap to stock suspensions. Don't want to take the risk in case I really have to drive after a heavy snowfall.
