AC Condensor...typical wear and tear part?

So I had some knocking noises and found that one of the fins on the AC Condenser was loose. Is this a typical part you need to replace down the line? I've been advised that more fins might break and my AC will not work.

I had a rock hit mine, and it leaked - I think it was about ~300 for the part and another 150-200 for labour/recharge. Hopefully it isn't leaking?

Nope its not leaking! But ya I got a quote that the part was 300... I guess all the crap that goes through rocks and what not tear that thing to shreds no?
