Recently came across these two:

https://dash.by/

http://www.automatic.com/

The idea from both interests me a lot. But Automatic is the only one that I've seen demo videos and are actually shipping units. Also the demo video showed that it could clear CEL codes, for $70 USD, that alone would be worth it.

Both are probably only operates in the US right now, but can anyone think of why we can't get them from the US and use it here in Canada? Of course I don't expect gas station data, emergency services, etc to work, but basic stuff like CEL and gas milage, trip counter should work?

Let me know what you think!

Torque is like $6 and all you need is a $20 ebay OBDII scanner.
