After it rains, the engine makes a constant squeaky noise like a toy belt is in there. Also , sometimes through a big puddle it will quickly make a biiiig SCREECH, lose all power for 1 second, and go back on track with the squeeking again!
What could this be?

Any chance you are married? I often find the source of such noises in the passenger seat :D

HA! Not married, but my girlfriend does squeek and squak when it rains due to (i cant find a logical pun to insert here) sometimes

its normal for the engine to completely stop feeding power to the wheels for a second because of this belt?
