please help me with wheels fitment.

hi guys, i have a 2007 mazdaspeed 3, rellay like the enkei RPF1 RIMS. im going to order 17X9 silver RPF1 for my summer sets.
my current suspension set is koni yellow with H&R springs, about two fingers gap between fender and tires.
can i go with 17X9 offset 45, is it going to rub the fender?
what size of tires should i choose for these rims. really like the hellaflush look, like some of the evo or sti settings.
please give me some suggestion and ideas.
