I have a clicking sound coming from underneath my car 2012 Mazda GT. I believe it is coming from the rear passenger side. I have driven over manhole covers and it only comes from the passenger side. I have brought it to Mazda and they initially diagnosed it as a trailer wiring harness hitting the body panel but that is not it. I stuck a camera underneath the car and drove over a speed hump to make the sound. Note I have changed the brake pads to ceramic and new tires and wheels and I do have trailer hitch installed but I honestly don't think it is any of them. If I can't figure out what it is I will be changing the brake pads back to OEM and returning to Mazda to attempt to determine problem.

Can anyone guess what it is or might be? I have looked underneath the car and I am at a loss right now. I am thinking it is something in the rear suspension on the passenger side. Any help or suggestions appreciated.

When did you put the new brake pads on? Was it after this change that you noticed the clicking? ...Because...It could simply be a clip is not on properly.
