Would you buy a reconditioned wheel?

I'm looking for wheels for my second car. Detroit Wheel & Tire (detroitwheelandtire.com) has a set that I like and listed as reconditioned. That could mean anything from light curb rash to bent rim which has been fixed to "like new" condition. They obviously will not recondition a wheel that's too badly damaged. But would you trust it??

My concern is obviously the wheel breaking apart at speeds. Vibrations. And the finish coming off prematurely.

Anyone have experience with Detroit wheel & tire or reconditioned wheels in general??
