Today i went to 401 Dixie Mazda and was interested in taking a look at the 2014 Mazda 3 and ended up test driving a Sport GX trim with 6 speed manual transmission

I enjoyed the way the 2014 drives and find the 2.0 engine has a bit of lag under light acceleration

The 6 speed manual is nice and the clutch is very well weighted for everyday driving i did however find it different driving without a tachometer

When i got back to the dealership the salesman and i talked price and he quoted me for a Sport GS trim with moonroof and convenience and 6 speed manual

Bi weekly Payments with 0 down are $157 plus tax for 84 months

He went back to the Sales Manager a few times to try and haggle the payments a bit lower as well

I wasn't interested in buying a 2014 as of yet but my overall experience at 401 was positive

Just remember that you will have 26 payments per year(bi-wekly), and not 24(12 months every two weeks).
Better to negotiate from a monthly payment.

If he did, thats an awesome deal! Makes me think I should wait instead of buying a new 2013 Skyactiv Hatch.

lol are you being sarcastic? I can't tell :P

Over $32k for a GS manual... I think you're getting ripped off.

I bought my car at 401 Dixie and they love negotiating on bi-weekly/monthly payments because that's how they get you.

I refused to negotiate on those terms and negotiated on the total price including taxes and fees.

negotiating the bi weekly payment numbers is fail. find out invoice and arrive at an otr price. let them figure out the rest.
