The rpm needle keeps jumping from bellow 500rpm to 1,000 rpm, and when I accelerate the car jerks and has no power. I put the pedal down and the car doesn't want to go. Can anyone please help?! Thank You!:bang

Figured out that P0103 is the MAF sensor and U2064 is a code that comes up when there is a warning indicator from another module. I cleaned out my MAF sensor, and took apart my intake and cleaned it all up nicely but the problem persists. Car is VERY sluggish, feels like it has 25hp/tq.

you must not be cleaning the actually maf sensor, sounds like you were wiping the inside of your intake
go get this http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/browse/4/Auto/3/AutoFluidsChemicals/EngineCleaneEngineDegreasers/PRDOVR~0381704P/Mass+Air+Flow+Sensor+Cleaner.jsp?locale=en
and spray into the the actual maf sensor and let it dry for a couple mins and you should be good, sounds like you got some mositure in your intake like i have had before once you clean the sensor properly the car with start running better

spray the cleaner into where the red stick is in. if you look you'll see 2 little sensors

So I went to Canadian Tire yesterday, bought what you told me to buy, sprayed the MAF sensor where you indicated in the pic, I let it dry, I even installed my stock air intake box back with the cleaned MAF sensor, but car is still the same :( I guess something most of happened to it, I ordered a new one from Mazda, its like 120 bucks. Hopefully once I install the new one it will work. Thanks for your help though, I appreciate it !

Do you have a intake on your car? If you do the wires might have stretched and causing the code. Best to test the sensor to make sure you are not replacing parts you don't need.

He did, but he said he has put the stock air box back in.

After you cleaned the MAF sensor, did you disconnect the battery or clear the codes somehow ? The codes won't just go away. You need to clear them, and see if they return.

Yup, I connected the computer and cleared the code, once I started the car, check engine light came back on within seconds and car started acting all weird again. Im taking it in to the shop on wednesday and see what they can figure out. I checked wires that connect to MAF sensor and they are all good, not damaged or stretched or anything. I checked all the fuses and everything and everything looks visually 'normal'.
