A few weeks ago, I had the front rotors on my '07 M3 replaced at YDM. That same day, I went out of town for two weeks, leaving the car at home. It didn't move for two weeks. I come back and notice the fuel economy was too high, so I take it in again. Spend a few hundred bucks doing a throttle body cleaning, air filter replacement and spark plug replacement. Driving away, it seemed okay, but later that day noticed I'm burning fuel even more! Engine even hits 3000rpm when turning on the car initially.
I'm not sure if they reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery, I'll have to do that today and see if that fixes the issue, as I read it can.
Don't visit this dealership, they try to take advantage of customers.
