2012 Mazda3 Sky mystery rattle/clunk/tapping

Hey guys, little background.

Went for a cruise on sunday, car felt great. Last night i was on my way to my friends, and decided to grab a coffee. When i was pulling into the drive thru, i heard a noise but couldnt get it to happen again. I was worried thinking "wtf is wrong with the car."

I can replicate the sound, and took a video of the sound. It happens when taking off in first, and after i shift into second, but only once i put my foot on the gas pedal. When in 2nd or 3rd, if i 'blip' the throttle, i can get the noise to happen almost everytime. To me it sounds like its coming from the front/middle of the car.

I figured post this up here, and im also going to email the dealership and tell them whats up.

Anyway, i know you guys are smart and hopefully you can help me out!

Edit: engine mods are just a CS SRI, and a CS RMM

Taking a shot in the dark here; maybe the bolts on the RMM have come loose somehow? The fact that it seems to happen on acceleration is leading me to this guess.

Im guessing its the RMM aswell but didnt want to speculate until i get opinions

On lunch im jacking the car up and ill try and inspect the RMM in my 30min, if not will finish after work and report back. If anybody has suggestions im open to them

But yea, check those bolts. They're not really known to come loose too often, but could still be a possibility. Keep us updated!
