Not sure....Lockdown used to do installs but not anymore, not that I know of.
Anywho, why don't you buy the pre-installed ones?

Which rings did you buy, Some are easier to install than others but you will still have to peel your headlights apart.
My buddy made his own and I helped him install them, They looked great. I could probably do them for you but I would need your headlight assemblies probably for an overnight.

this is the one i bought : http://www.ebay.com/itm/MAZDA-3-SEDAN-HATCHBACK-HEADLIGHT-CCFL-ANGEL-EYE-HALO-RING-4-DOOR-WHITE-/180813235363?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2a194f04a3&vxp=mtr
Ya you have to peel the headlights, that's why I don't wanna do it myself since i'am still a beginner when it comes to working on cars lol.
I think I would be able to leave the car or the headlights overnight.

I can do pretty quick if you don't want any paint included.. a few hours, 5-10 min to remove bumper, lights.. longest time is waiting for drying of silicone.

Link to my ride thread... Where I did mine.. mine took long due to blacking them out and waiting for drying...
