the program will probably stay as long as there are "enviromentalists" supporting it and "going green" is high on the priority list for the MTO

Don't know how many people are infrom of this but all of northern ontario I believe anywere north of Servern Bridge on HWY 11 all the way up to the Ontario Manitoba boarder (not sure how far East this goes) does not need E-Test's to get thier new tags

That being said I can still be pulled over in the GTA and be required to do a roadside test.
