Strange Sound from Car

I've been hearing a strange sound coming from the car, it almost sounds like a sneeze or something. Only happens sometimes when I let off the gas pedal, but happens more often when it is really cold outside or when my car hasn't warmed up yet.

Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

Coming from the front side of the engine bay.

Got a aftermarket CAI? If yes, it's normal....mine does the same when it is cold.
