Horn not working

Hi guys, I have a 2006 Mazda 3 which has an issue with the horn. When I press on the steering wheel, the horn doesn't beep. But when I press the 'lock' button on my remote keyless system, the doors lock and the horn beeps just fine. What could be the problem? And how much could it cost to fix?
