Need some help

one of my buddies has a set of rims that he bought but never used. they are rims off ebay called Effect Rims, he had purchased them last summer but unfortunitly wrote off his mazda and didnt get to install them, the rims are still in the boxes brand new and no tires have been put on them. i dont really know anything of these rims but is looking for a cheap pair as im on stock OEM ones now. if possible want to put them on my 05 hatch.

Rims specs
• Size: 17"x 7.5"
• Offset: +40mm
• Bolt Pattern: 5x114.3
• Finished: Matte Black
• Center Bore: 73.1mm
• Material: Alloy

Im also going to be installing bc coilovers this summer so the car will be lowered.

Will these rims work?
will i need major rolling?
what kind of tires would look goos on them (want to do a little stretch)?

Any help on what i need to do to maybe make these work would be great.

Stock height you should be fine... Once you lower your car you might need fenders rolled.

Also you will need hub rings
