Advance keyless entry and push putton start

I have a 2013 Mazda 3 GS-Sky with the Tour Package and Leather Package. This model includes the Advance Keyless entry and push button start. I am having a problem trying to get the dealer to make some of the optional changes as shown in the manual. I have the key fob and everything, however, the dealer says I do not have the option on my model as it does not show up on the computer. What gives? Any ideas?

I have the same car/options and didnt attempt asking the dealer to make any changes yet. What are you trying to modify? Maybe try another dealer.

I really want the one touch signal indicator function to be enabled on mine.

Only some options can be changed on some trim levels of cars. Ie I have auto lights I can have smart turn. My gfs car doesnt snd it can't be programmed for hers. Someone on this forum said they have smart turn and no auto lights. So not ever one is the same. Things ive change was the 3 signal smart turn. Extended the defrost timing from 15.minutes to 30. No more chimes when seat belt is off and car is moving. And changed the auto lights to I think it was Japan low. Which now the intermediate lights with runners and markers come on vs going from runners to full headlights. But again depends what you want and if its on the list of things that can be changed.
