I want to know if I could install a 2011 speed3 Bose subwoofer on a 2010 Mazda 3 Gs model stock stereo. The gs come with 2 front twitters and 4 regular speakers. Someone I know is selling the speed3's Bose sub that goes on the spare tire location for very cheap price.

Not without an amp. Also, the bose sub is a joke. I haven't heard it in a gen2, but if its anywhere near as bad as a Gen1 (and pics tell me it is), don't waste your time.
If you want a sub, get a real sub. If you want something that doesnt take up space, get a stealthbox.

But i'm getting the sub for $30. Also the Mazda 3 gs model doesn't come with sub. For $30 its a steal, if I could get it to work on my specific model.

Trust me, it's not worth 30 bucks lol.... unless you've heard it and you really think it is, but in that case I'd say you're crazy.
My rule of thumb for mods - if you can't afford to do it right, don't do it at all (and save up for when you CAN do it right).
You can't run a sub without an amp, so you're going to need to buy an amp for sure. For example, I'm selling my old sub setup for like 90 bucks. That gets you a REAL sub, a box, a LOC and an amp, all of which are required to install a sub to a stock head unit. I'm in mtl, but I'm just saying that you should be able to get a decent setup used without shelling out the big bucks.

If you want to keep ALL your rear space it is a good option. Don't expect much from it though.

Can you use the enclosure and change the woofer?
