Last weekend when I switched the wheels over to summers I decided to change the bulbs in the fog lights.
Didn't turn on.
Checked the fog light fuse; still intact, fog light switch; works. Not the stock bulbs as it still didn't turn off.
The fog lights are next mod fogs, worked up to about right before second snow fall.
Got them installed by Noise Boyz in Aurora.

Start by checking if the wires in the fogs are getting power and work your way back to where you find power.

when i had fog problems and everything seemed fine, the relay was bad. are these leds or normal halogens ?

Halogens. I'm thinking maybe water damage in the wires but not sure. The relay is hidden somewhere so I'd need to take off the bumper. Haven't been able to yet

the relay is not hidden behind the bumper. its near fuse #6 right next to the defog and horn relay in the fuse block under the hood
ive also had one of my connectors burn that made one side defunct, i blame the salt water from the winter getting past the seal and arcing between the terminals...though it could of been something else
(right above #6, the unmarked one on the left)

Hmm I hope that's it then. I didn't check a relay cause I thought it was behind my switch or somewhere hidden in the bumper.
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check it out later

so looking at diagram and the picture you took hes saying the relay is in the top left corner in your picture.
