2011 Mazda 3 i sport Mileage only giving me about 220km

I don't know if I'm just crazy? or maybe its my thrush pipe and short ram intake?? every fill up i only get about 220 maybe 235km before needing a visit to the pump i am having issues with my transmission when its cold or i just start it, it starts to make cracking noises when i change gears as well. i seen people saying they can go 400 and im pretty sure they have more mods then i do. Can someone decribe whats going on? 2.0 liter by the way.

my tires are at 41 front and back, and yea on a full tank of gas

Is 3 i sport american imported? In which case, your reading might be in miles...which gives you aprox 350-400km.

No its km for sure, But i think jakesms3 might have a idea there ill try a tune up hopefully it works.
