I'd like to turn around conceptions about the service dep't there. I just had a noise looked at, which turned out to be my second passenger side motor mount. Service was great. Rico is the service manager there. Not pushy, keeps you informed and works with your needs for the car.
To boot, they gave a the car a quick rinse, and use a plastic seat cover and drop a paper mat in, to keep the car clean.... excellent touch.
They tell me they will honour our 10% off service, and 20% off parts. Will go here again if I need dealer-level maintenance done.
On a side note, these ford/mazda PMMs are really crappy... how is there no better part out for this? How many of these will I replace in the life of this car?
