Has anyone figured out the Hierarchy of how the gen 2's USB input reads USB sticks?
I bought a 128gb USB stick for all my music to keep in the car but I can't figure out how to setup the folders correctly for the car to read it.
Ideally I'd want to be able to hit shuffle and it'll shuffle all songs. As well as search by artist or album.
If anyone's had any luck with this let me know.

Have you tried letting windows media player do the work for you? or maybe a different player?
Maybe the car is looking for some sort of standard order.

Don't have any windows/PC products in my house unfortunately.
Yuck lol
Yeah I know the file structure needs to be specific but I can't figure it out.

Maybe it is similar to the CDs? My CDs are burned with each "Album" on the top level as a folder.

Is it formated fat32? Most head units cant read anything else.
Does it see the USB stick at all? 128Gb might be too large for it to read.
Can you get it to play anything, from any USB stick?
I don't have a 2014 or the stock HU. but as an example, I set mine up like this...
root
-> CDs
-> Artist
-> CD Titles
-> Tracks
