Bought New Mazda6 from Mazda of Toronto - Shipping CN transit calculator

So finally, after joining this forum, i ended up buying a Mazda6 from Mazda of Toronto. When i went to the store i met Bruce who was from sales and when i asked for Jeff, he wasnt willing to introduce me with Jeff. No never mind, booked the deal and later got a call from Mazda of Toronto on 2nd July 2014 that the car has to be shipped back from Vancouver and shall be coming by train in 8-10days. Hence i called, Bruce and he said he doesnt have any update about the car status. I also asked him if the car is atleast on the train and the answer was he doesnt know. So after so much research i found CN website where they show the details of how long it takes from Vancouver to toronto

Always ask for Jeff. Your pricing would have been better. He has helped out numerous relatives of mine - I always specify to ask the receptionist for Jeff and I PM him the night before to make sure he's in.

Keep in mind that the train coming from Vancouver to Toronto has multiple stops along the way, dropping off cars in various provinces..

Normal timeline should be around 14 days for a car to come from Vancouver to Toronto.

Thanks for the info. Today i got a call from Bruce, that my car has arrived in toronto, and he gave me the VIN number and hopefully it should be either available by wednesday or thursday.

Thats the mistake that i made...next time i will keep in mind. Thanks for the wishes. This morning got a call from the dealer that my car has arrived. So hopefully either by wednesday or thursday it shall be available.
