HID lights mazda3 2012 for gs sport

Hello there! Just wondering what HID lights should i buy for my mazda3 gs sport 2012. Sorry im a bit new and i wanna learn how to change my stock lights to HIDs. Please help. Thank you in advance.. :)

You can either go to pacific mall to pick up a kit, go one of the sponsors like Nextmod or garage16 rick@garage16.ca or contact sp3GT who can hook you up and install it for you. The kits are plug and play and would be the H11 bulb type. 35watt kits are what you want.

If you do a search there are tons of threads on how to install the kits yourself and other info if you need it.

i see.. why do i need to have kits if its plug and play? is it like either or? or does "plug and play" mean that the bulb itself goes directly to the bulb holder of low beam light? sorry im so noob. haha. thank you

it means you plug it in and its good to go without any further configuration

i didnt even know that existed isnt the sport the gt? and the gt have factory hids?

but i got my for my gs-l off ddm tuningt $30 a kit and they have lasted me so far 4 months and still going strong

GX, GS, GT are all trim levels

Sport(hatch)/Sedan are types

You can mix and match, i.e. Sport GX, Sport GS, Sport GT

My experience,
I purchased a Kit from Ebay which appeared to be the company which manufactured in Quebec. They gave a 1 year warranty so I went for it and Kit was $60 so I was expecting to get a decent kit as far as Ebay went. Within a year, they sent me 2 additional sets of bulbs to replace ones that had gone bad. So I eventually went to http://hidcanada.com/ And have been working ever since. Same Ballasts which are also kinda garbage. The ballasts make original and new bulbs flicker, but Bulbs still work 9 months later. If anything else happens I'll be buying my ballasts from hidcanada as well.

Also FYI, only buy for Low Beams. HID technology doesnt make sence for high beams if you need to be able to turn them on and off fast. You'll just end up burning them out.

The ones from DDM lasted me over 5 years, Out of 8 kits I have bought from them over the past 6 years, I have had 1 bulb and 1 ballasts fail.

As for the GS Sport, I think its just the GS with the upgraded package. I am pretty sure as well that Sport = GT = S

Ive had some other kits. A few were ok. Then i got some that were dim so took them all out. Got tired of it. Recently put a set of lumens in my gfs headlights and fogs and wow what a difference. So bright. Wouldnt use anything else. Have had them in the avalanche for about 2 years now as well. No issues. Went with the thick ballasts as i was told by someone smarter then me they are the better ones. But they are so good i can flicker them on and off and back again and they turn on without issue. Thinking they would work well in auto lights. Once i get my fog lights fixed im buying 6k headlights and 3k i think is yellow fogs just because I haven't done yellow yet

If you want a set let me.know. and when they come in i can help you install them if you wanted to come up to Brampton
