Scratches on Car - How/Where to Repair?

I've got two scratches on the passenger side door that run horizontally, about ~20 cm in length. The scratch is deeper than the clear coat and paint (probably base) and is maybe a couple of millimeters deep. If you run your finger over it you can definitely feel it. I've already tried Meguirs to get rid of it but I'm afraid the scratch is too deep.

Does anyone have any recommendations on where I could take it, or is there a member that would be interested in taking a shot at it (paid of course ;)!). I have spray cans in the base paint, black car paint, and clear coat.

Hey. This is on the metal part. It's harder to work on this part compared to the plastic parts based on my experience.
