I purchased my 1st Mazda from Whitby. I was very pleased with the customer service! when I was ready for a brand new Mazda I visited my local Mazda dealer...brand new to my home town and was very disappointed in the low ball trade they offered....the manager was only willing to move by 500$.... SO I made the trip 45 minutes west and returned to the Whitby dealer. They offered me $2500 more than my local dealer. So needless to say it was a no brainer to make the purchase at Whitby. Nadiir was my salesman and he was fantastic!!! all around fantastic customer service. I do try and shop locally...but $2500 is $2500!!!! sorry Cobourg Mazda you loose!
