I have my share of issues with Prima, and this will be my last one.

I brought my 2012 speed3 in for an oil change 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday?, brought my T6 oil and whoever worked on my car filled up about ¾ in. over the max line so basically over filled by roughly 30%. Are they all so reliant on an automatic dispenser than they don’t know how to replace the oil manually? That is scary and if that is the case I will gladly buy the filter from Mazda and change it myself.

On that same day I pointed out rust (car is 2 yrs old...) the rust was on the metal column between the rear passenger window and the smaller window to the back and a tint issue on the same window. Was asked to bring the car another day. This was great as I could plan around it.
I dropped it off and told them about the oil level, got a call hours later informing me that the parts in stock are for a sedan and not a hatch. Did no one check this prior to making my appointment? There’s no way to mistaken a speed3 with a sedan we all know why. When I picked it up I inquired about the oil and was assured by Neville that everything was, and I quote, "Taken care of". Rui the manager was standing right next to him.

The parts were replaced and look great. The tint not so much, it looks like it was put at an angle/ cut incorrectly where the top is fine and tucked under the weather/water rubber guard but the bottom front part of the window has ¼ inch gap. SO again either no one checked prior to giving me the car or they just don’t care about quality service.

I called back the next day to make an appointment and was told I would get a call back by the following Monday. I’ve heard nothing back so I had to call to follow up.
I’m told the “Tint guy” is away on vacation and will only be back after the long weekend. Does a Dealership like Prima rely on ONE third party person for their tint services and if he’s on vacation or away no one can get this service? No one contacted me to at least to let me know about this.

Its been two weeks and still no contact from Prima. To makes thing worse I decided to check the oil this past weekend and it is untouched and still over the max. I've sent them an email to remove me from their system. I will be going somewhere with both my speed3 and my gf's 3, probably to Maple.

Any thoughts?
