My 2005 Mazda 3 GT 4 Door is blowing it's starter fuse - at least once every 2-3 days

I have a 2005 Mazda 3 GT manual with 250k kms. When I start the car, there is about a 20% chance that it'll blow the starter fuze - 20 amp

To try and correct the issue I changed the starter motor as well as removing my after market HID kit (which I thought was drawing too much current) but it's still happening.

Any ideas?

check the wiring and connections for loose, stretched or frayed wires, or broken connectors anywhere? Double check it's the starter fuse and not a different system?
