Is there anything special I need to know about replacing the gasket on the right side of the transmission?

Is there any special parts or tolls needed?

The pan on the "left" (sorry said right) side of the manual transmission uses an RTV sealant, no gasket, if anyone was wondering. Also, 10mm bolts and be careful, its easy to snap the head off.
