So there i was driving on the 401 doing about 110km/h and then out of no where i felt a little jerk.(similar to the jerk u feel when your in cvt and you switch gears). Once this happened i noticed that my car was slowing down. So i hit the gas when i hit the gas i could see the RPM go up but the car was not accelerating. I switched to manual mode But the car would not display what gear i was in it just had a tiny m there. but the number was not present. I pulled over to the side and turned my car off, then turned it back on and things ran as ussual, it felt a little slow to accelerat tho(maybe thats in my head). Clearly a manufacture problem plan to take to dealership sometime. Any1 ever experienced this ?

Could you have accidentally popped it in neutral?

CAI installed? If so, you better check your MAF connect/wire.
I would go and get your transmission checked right away just to be sure. I had a very similiar incident occur on my 06 hatch. Was just driving along normally and felt like the car missed a gear (auto btw) and right after when i went to accelerate there was lots of high revs but not very much movement of the car. It would drive but pick up very slow even though the revs were at 6000. I put into in tiptronic and I would be able to switch gears normally but would not display which gear i was in on the dash. Thought nothing of it, drove it around for the rest of the day thinking it just may have been something minor, took it in to have it looked at the next day and my whole transmission had gone to shit. Sounds almost the exact same description as what happened to me, i would get it checked just to be safe

I had a similar issue with my sky though it was kinda different. I was driving 60 and i had to suddenly hard brake because of a guy that cut me off. When I came to a stop, I noticed my TCS/DSC warning light came on and as I accelerated it wouldn't shift to second gear it just kept revving up. Manual mode wouldn't work either like you mentioned so I pulled over and turned the car off and then worked fine hasn't happened since and this was about 4 months ago.

Its under warranty and this sounds serious. Even just a call to your dealer to be sure there's no TSB or recall outstanding. They can look it up.
