So I just looked at my tires as I was going to rotate them and noticed my left front has horrible outer wear.
Is this just a basic alignment issue or should I be looking into my suspension as the culprit?
I changed my right strut a month or so ago and replaced the left strut a year ago when I purchased the car....
I definitely want to get this fixed as I have a brand new set of winter tires that I don't want to ruin.

Also when I turn left all the way, It feels like the tire is hopping...

Thanks,

Damn son! I had a similar issue and it was due to a worn strut causing excessive tire wear. Did you get an alignment after the strut repair? I'd get an alignment regardless before you move on to your new tires or winter set

+1 on the alignment.

Regardless, those tires are toast in that condition

I just need until I can figure out what is causing this out of them as i have a brand new set of winter tires to go on and don't want this to happen to them.
They are going on the back and getting an alignment friday, so I will update on if it was the alignment or something to do with suspension or steering.....

+1 for the alignment but why were both struts not replaced at the same time? Always rule of thumb to change in pairs.

Because one was replaced about 10 months earlier under the certifcation when I got the car, didnt have the money to do both this time and 1 was completely blown and leaking.
