they still do....but you have to go to one of their sponsored events.... I got one because my college partnered with the OPP for it and they were giving away the small booklets.

That said most of the coupons are meh.

Nice. I hope the court and police gets in to Christmas spirit too and maybe throw my case or not show up on the day of my trial this December (traffic ticket) :chuckle
