Also this kind of behaviour is truly disgusting. If I were the dealer I would have notified the cops and nearby dealerships. The dealer shouldnt have bothered to blur his face either.
Also I feel like this video needs to be spread even more.

I think if you don't have their permission you can't show their faces. They could get suited otherwise.

If you watch some reality shows they do they same sometimes and it is because that person didn't give them permission.

as far as I know on public property you are allowed to record without people's express permission. Private property you usually need permission from the owner of the property to be recording. (So if he worked there or owns the place he has permission to record)

However where you run into legal issues as far as I know is when it comes to uploading/sharing/publishing a recording. If you don't have permission of the individual to post it to public sources you can get yourself in trouble.

Again I am no lawyer and this is only my understanding of privacy laws.
