Absolutely terrible. I inquired about a 2010 Mazda 3 GT with 34,000km. I specifically asked them if there was any damage to the car, and any rust, and a CarProof. Britney told me that there was no rust, and that there was damage to the rear passenger side bumper but that the bumper had been fully replaced. I asked her to check everything as I was coming from Windsor. She said the car is in pristine condition. I paid $250 to hold the car, and drove in from Windsor today. I get to the dealership, and immediately saw that the bumper was not actually replaced, but had been "fixed" with touch up paint in 3 - 4 areas, each about 1-3 inches in length!! She tells me that she didn't see that before. REALLY? I saw it in the dark snowy weather!
So we talk to the manager to see what can be done about the price or repairs, nada. Instead, the manager, Valerie, tells me, "well, you don't have to repair it y'know." Long story short, $250 refunded and taking my business elsewhere. Drove 5.5 hours in this weather because they're either liars, or extremely careless.
