Weird New Headlight/HID Problem

Need advice based on the following information:

Purchased 35w HID kit from retrofitsource has been working great for over two years now

Today, arrived to destination used stalk to turn lights off, one HID would not turn off even after taking out the key.
Then, after realizing on my way back to the car, I attempted to turn it back on/off and only that HID would stay on (the other does not turn on)

Thought maybe a bulb died suddenly, switched the bulbs around and now neither will turn on.

Quite puzzled, haven't gotten to switch the ballasts since storm out and too lazy to take off bumper.

Are you using the relay supplied by TRS?
TRS has a 5 year warranty on the 35w ballast and bulbs and are very good with honouring it.
Out of curiousity, did you buy 3Five or XB35 bulbs?

Yes, relay is from TRS and they're 3Five, XB35's weren't available back then.

Give them a contact. They'll sort you out quickly.
Also, XB35's are recommended for our cars because the return wire is on the bottom with them as opposed ot the 3Five where, due to how the bulb is placed into the headlight, the return wire would be on the top, casting a shadow/line into your output.
