I wonder what happened to the van, because it was moving at a clip and got hit near the rear

The guy in the Honda posted it on reddit and said the van spun around a couple of times, he said it's audible in the video, I couldn't hear it though.

At least he was only going 50km/h on impact.

Been there before at 70km/h. Adrenaline rush was unreal at the moment of impact. Airbags never even deployed. Passenger smashed his head off the dash and got a decent gash out of it.
My next vehicle was also written off on the DVP and yet again, no air bags deployed. Good to see they work from time to time, lol.

according to the guy the lady tried to blame the S2k driver saying that he ran the red light... this was before she found out that it was recorded...


I bet if it wasnt for the dashcam video the officers might just have believed her because of the commonly held stereotype that its usually the sports car that caused the accident.

Yea I would've been totally freaking out about the damage of the car. "Oh shit" would've been among the more PG13 things that would've been said lol
