Went this morning to esso touchless wash came home, 40 minutes later Hellahorns started going off like someone pressing on the horn. I had to disconnect the horn from the battery. Felt sick after was way to much noise. Could it just be the moisture? It was really damp this morning any idea?

Poor connections/installation + water could cause this.

Each connection was either taped or shrink wrapped, hopefully that wouldn't be an issue. Off the top of my head I'm not sure. Mine have been through 15 + touchless this year without fault.
BUT there's always the possibility that something came loose.

Maybe faulty relay?

I went outside to see what was going on and it stopped on its own. 3minutes later kept going nonstop

I would suspect since Hyperion confirms connectors are sealed well, you may have moisture in the relay...It's a common issue on our buses, see it all the time, so why not on our cars?

Would have gotten into a crack in the plastic. I also tape up each connector on the relay, and then tape around them as a group down the wires.

Yeah it could be anything along the way in the system. Relay, connections, horns themselves.
I did say "could" cause this. I'm sure Josh's install was okay but you never know what is the cause until you diagnose it a bit further. Could also be a faulty product and the water just got in somewhere where it shouldn't be.

Alright so touched wire with battery and no more consistent noise! going to wait a bit to connect it was probably just moisture

It was very wet thats why it was making nonstop noise. I let it dry naturally and no issues. This better be a 1 time thing or ill have bring it to jimmy and find out why it keeps getting moist.

This happened to me earlier this year. In a garage no less! It was a stuck relay. Check the connections, I have to redo mine once the weather gets a little warmer. Shrink wrap is the way to go
